Dear Friend of Country Coach,
It is my pleasure to write to you today about Country Coach. Here in Junction City, Oregon we are improving our business as we commemorate our 36th year. On April 10th, we shipped our first 2010 motorcoach, and in the same week opened our new Factory Direct sales operations.
In the coming weeks and months, a limited quantity of 2010 Country Coach motorcoaches will roll off our assembly line and into the hands of waiting clients wanting a Country Coach built with the latest in quality and innovation, with full two year manufacturers’ warranties.
Our new business plan of Factory Direct sales and support is a result of our clients’ desire for a simple and common-sense way to shop, buy and own. We listened, and have decided to be a smaller company than before.
Today’s Country Coach represents the highest concentration of experienced, talented craftspeople in the Company’s 36 year history.
Our pace is measured, as we currently handcraft about one luxury motorcoach per week. In addition to keeping the finest people, key to our plan is a stalwart reliance on the finest materials and components.
We will not compromise the integrity and quality of our motorcoaches for any reason.
We are enhancing our new customers’ experience by opening our doors, and inviting our friends and clients to purchase directly from the Factory. As we take unprecedented steps to invest in the quality of our motorcoaches, we want to be sure that each handcrafted creation is properly ordered, presented, delivered and supported.
There is no clearer way to achieve our goal than to invite you, our future clients, into our home.
You will find this new ownership experience eye-opening. Our entire team is at your disposal, from Design to Engineering to Manufacturing and beyond. I invite you to think back upon when you last purchased an RV.
